Privacy Policy
This explains what personal data we use when you create an account or buy the toolkit.
1. Who is responsible
The trader named in the Terms and Conditions is the controller of personal data for Logistics Analyzer. Contact: hello@logistics-analyzer.com.
2. What we collect
Account data from Clerk: name if you give it, email address, user id.
Payment data from Stripe: payment status, Stripe customer and payment identifiers. We do not receive your full card number.
Contract records we store: paid date, refund window, terms acceptance, Excel-download waiver, and the text you agreed.
Limited events such as page views and calculator opens, so we can see whether the product works. These are sent to our own server, not to an advertising network.
Technical data that the host (Vercel) and email path (SMTP / Cloudflare Email Routing) need in order to deliver the site and mail.
3. Why we use it
To perform the contract: create your account access, take payment, send the terms and any waiver confirmation, and provide the toolkit.
To meet legal duties: keep evidence of cooling-off acknowledgements, refunds, and accounting records.
Legitimate interests: keep the site secure and understand which calculators are used. You can object by emailing us.
4. Who we share it with
Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and the mailbox used to send contractual emails.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Account and payment records are kept for as long as the account exists and then for as long as UK tax and consumer-evidence rules reasonably require.
You can ask us to delete data that we no longer need to keep.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or a restriction, and you can object to some uses. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
To use these rights, email hello@logistics-analyzer.com from the address on the account.
7. Cookies
Sign-in cookies are essential. We set what Clerk needs to keep you logged in.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. A first-party event is recorded when a page or calculator is opened, so we can operate the product.
