1. Who we are

These terms are between you and the trader operating Logistics Analyzer.

We sell to consumers and to people buying for work. If you buy as a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, UK GDPR, or the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What you are buying

The product is the Warehouse Process Design Toolkit: a set of warehouse capacity, manpower and process-design calculators on this website, with documentation and worked examples, plus an optional Excel pack.

The Capacity & FTE calculator is free without an account purchase. Paying unlocks every calculator on the website under your account.

The Excel pack is the same models in spreadsheet form. You do not need it to use the product. Downloading it is optional.

This is digital content and an online service. Nothing physical is posted to you.

This is a decision-support tool. You remain responsible for validating assumptions against your operation. Outputs are not professional engineering certification, a staffing guarantee, or a safety assessment. Examples are illustrative and anonymised.

3. Price, tax and payment

The founding price shown at checkout is £49 (GBP) for the first 25 paying customers. After that the listed price is £79. The price you are offered on the checkout page is the price you pay.

The price is the amount charged at Stripe Checkout. We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged. If that changes, the checkout page will say so before you pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, or another Stripe entity Stripe names at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

The contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment has succeeded. If payment fails, no contract is formed and no access is granted.

4. Immediate access and the statutory 14-day cooling-off right

Because this is a distance contract, UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel digital content without giving a reason. That period starts the day after the contract is made.

UK law also says we must not start supplying digital content during that period unless you expressly ask us to start and you acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once supply has begun.

If you tick the immediate-access box before payment, you are asking us to unlock the website calculators as soon as payment succeeds. You acknowledge that the statutory cooling-off right then ends for the digital content that has begun.

Your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose are not ended by that box. Those rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and stay in place.

If you do not want immediate access, do not tick that box and do not buy until you have emailed hello@logistics-analyzer.com. We can then arrange access only after the cooling-off period.

5. Our extra 14-day refund if you only use the website

Even after statutory cooling-off has ended because you asked for immediate website access, we still give you a contractual 14-day refund if you have not downloaded the Excel pack.

That window starts when payment succeeds and ends 14 days later, or earlier if you download the Excel pack.

To use it, click Refund on your account page before the window ends. That refunds the amount you paid through Stripe and locks website toolkit access on that account. You can also email us from the account email if you cannot use the button.

This extra refund is a promise in this contract. It does not replace your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content.

6. Excel download

You can keep the extra 14-day refund by using only the website.

If you want the Excel files during that window, you must read the download statement, tick both boxes, and confirm. We store that confirmation and email it to you.

Once you download, the extra 14-day refund ends. Digital files cannot be returned in any useful way after they have been copied to your device.

The website calculators stay available after you download.

7. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one named account. You may use the tools for your own work or your employer's internal work.

You may not resell the calculators or Excel files, share login details, publish the models as your own product, or use the site to build a competing public toolkit.

The examples are illustrative and anonymised. Do not treat them as another company's data. Do not upload confidential information that you are not allowed to use.

8. If the product is not as it should be

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose made known to us, and as described. Pre-contract information we give you about the main characteristics of the product forms part of the contract.

If it is not, you can ask us to repair or replace it. If that is impossible or is not done in a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund.

A short period of downtime, or a result you disagree with because an input assumption was wrong, is not by itself a fault.

Tell us at hello@logistics-analyzer.com and include the account email and what went wrong.

9. How to cancel or claim the extra refund

You can use the Refund button on your account page for the extra 14-day contractual refund. If you cannot use the button, email us from the email on the account. You do not have to use a special form.

If you still have a statutory cooling-off right (because supply of digital content has not begun), we will refund you without penalty.

If you only have the extra contractual refund, the account button will refund you if you have not downloaded the Excel pack and you ask inside the 14-day window.

Refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe. The account button instructs Stripe at once. If you email hello@logistics-analyzer.com instead, we aim to instruct Stripe within 14 days of a valid request.

10. Accounts and acceptable use

You must be 18 or over. Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Do not attack the site, scrape it in bulk, or try to bypass the paywall or download gate.

We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, after we have a reasonable chance to look at what happened.

11. Personal data

We use your account email, payment records, acceptance records and limited usage events to perform this contract and to keep evidence of consents the law requires. The Privacy Policy at https://www.logistics-analyzer.com/privacy explains this in full.

Payment data is processed by Stripe. Sign-in is processed by Clerk.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that UK law says cannot be limited.

We do not exclude your statutory rights as a consumer.

The tools are decision support. You remain responsible for staffing, investment and safety decisions on your site.

For any other loss, our total liability for a claim about this purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect loss, except where the law does not allow that limit.

13. Changes, law and complaints

We may update these terms for new customers. The version you accepted is the version that applies to your purchase. We email that version to you when you accept.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also keep any mandatory protections of that part of the UK.

Complaints: email hello@logistics-analyzer.com. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards service. We do not currently use a named alternative dispute resolution scheme.
